Navy on navy on navy on pink
Considering the sun was out and I was in a great mood, I decided to take my bright, cropped summer trousers for a final outing before they are packed away for the winter. I have to admit, these trousers – navy with fuschia – are not the easiest to pair with other colours. Since all my white shirts were in the ironing pile and I was in a rush to meet a friend, I decided to go monochrome and added all the navy items I could find. The monochrome trick always seems to work when I’m in a fashion pickle!
On another note, the last couple of days have been great. I finally pulled myself together and finished decorating my bedroom and hallway. Mirrors and peg rails are up, tablecloths are on tabletops, my shoes and handbags are organised and the dust has been cleared. Getting dressed now feels so effortless compared to what it has been since I moved! Or rather, since I started packing prior to the move…
Watch this space, as I’ve got a post planned on clever organising solutions for your wardrobe! Being creative about how you are using things is always handy, I’ve learnt. Say no more.
