Happy thoughts

{1} New teas
In a quest to get back to my old and healthier habits of drinking herbal teas as opposed to coffee, I’ve splurged on three new teas. All good things come in threes, right? Two of the teas are old favourites — Yogi’s Sweet chili and Pukka’s Peppermint and licorice. The third tea, Pukka’s cinnamon/licorice blend — I got because I love licorice and one of my best friends adores anything cinnamon (in particular gum!). So E, I tried this one just for you and I loved it!

{2} Rainy days

Yes, I’m trying to turn something (very) negative into a positie — all the rain makes for cosy evening indoors with yummy teas and the making of Christmas gifts (ref. yesterday’s DIY post). I might need to stock up on candles, though!

{3 My computer came back to life!
I had the most terrible scare this morning: My computer wouldn’t start. I tried again and again, and finally packed it up to take it to a computer help place. I thought I’d give them a call to hear if they could look at it right away and the kind man told me to try one thing first. Remove the battery and the power cord, hold down the start button for 10 seconds, then reinsert the power cord and press start. AND IT STARTED UP! I’m just so relieved… A big hurrah for computer fixers everywhere who save our day — and our personal finances!

  • Rainy and cold fall calls for tea

    • It definitely does, Maria, but I would have preferred sunshine and a cold drink! I move from Bergen to Oslo to get away from the rain… 😉
