{1} David Kirsch —

David Kirsch, fitness expert to the rich and famous, including Heidi Klum, is my personal trainer whenever I need to get back into exercising. His fitness book contains a specific exercise programme for each of the most common body types, with extra exercises to add on when you reach a more advanced level.  You don’t need a fancy gym to get through his workouts, just space, a mat, a bench and dumbells of varying sizes.  David’s programme is the method that gives me the quickest results from anything I’ve tried — though it involves sweating your way through some pretty intense workouts! I’m currently in pain every time I get up from a chair…

{2} Dating —

I’m back in the dating game, since joining dating site Sukker and attending their match making event on Saturday night. After talking to most of the tall men in the room — I felt like a child at the sweet shop with that many tall guys to choose from! — I might possibly have met someone I would like to get to know better. Fingers crossed! PS: That’s my “dance card” above, all the men at the event who matched me the best. And a flashlight to enable us to study the photos in the dark room.

{3} My voice —

Already having had a sore throat from a cold that wouldn’t go away, an evening of shouting over the loud(!) music at the dating event has completely broken my voice. It came back for a few hours last night, but today it’s gone again. Lempsip and I have developed a worryingly close relationship lately…
