Today I’m wearing the second (out of four; the first here) outfits that Lise and I shot in Frognerparken this weekend. You can probably tell that I’m really excited about this shoot, as I keep refering back to it in every other post. Please bare with me until the excitement has subsided!
My outfit consists of a non tall pair of jeans from H&M that still have the perfect leg length and rise for my 183 cm/six feet frame, found hanging lonely on a sales rack with a Nok 100 price tag (that’s like $10 for my American readers). I found these after having spent several weeks searching high and low for torn white jeans. Lucky me!
The pyjama top is a newer purchase, this time from the 70 % off rack at Svean in Paleet (said rack contains a lot of great finds from FWSS, Acne and other contemporary brands, just so you know).
I find that if I’m looking for something specific, I’ll often find these garments hanging on a sales rack at a great price, only one size left. Quite possibly, this means that I’m totally out of tune with what is in fashion in Oslo at any moment in time. I prefer to turn the situation on its head, though, and think that I found these gems because I’m a savvy shopper with exceptional taste! And because the larger sizes are in less demand…
How about you — have you made any great fashion bargains lately?
