No, I’m not sunburnt, though soon I might be! I’m leaving for Greece tomorrow and “I’m so excited, I just can’t hide it”.
A close friend has treated me to a week’s holiday in Chania, Greece. I feel so blessed to have such wonderful and supportive friends who go out of their way to help me out in this rather new Oslo phase of my life — Anett 2.0 is eternally grateful and promises to be very tidy, punctual and proactive for the duration of the holiday.
At heart, I’m a bit of a globetrotter, so not having been on holiday in over a year has given me a severe case of withdrawal symptoms. Seeing all my friends’ holiday photos on Facebook had me dangling on the edge, seriously considering robbing a bank to feel the sun on my face, sand under my feet, the Med around my ankles and a foreign language in my ears. But now I can abandon my heist plans and concentrate on packing my suitcase. Hurrah!
Today’s outfit was worn on an overcast morning that turned into a gorgeously sunny day walking little Stewart, the toy fox terrier I’m getting to know. Rather than teaming the grey jeans with a white, black or grey top like most Scandinavian bloggers would, I decided to go for a punch of colour. Why go neutral when you can shine?!
