Leather & Studs
I can’t believe it’s already Friday. It seems like yesterday that I said good bye to my boyfriend at the bus stop and headed home to watch the season start of Downton Abbey. Now I’m already excited about his next visit…
While I’m counting the hours, I’m also desperately trying to figure out the correct amount of layers to put on every morning, as it’s getting chillier by the day week. On the day I wore today’s outfit, I struck the correct balance, removing and putting back on my sweater according to the current temperature all day long.
All the garments that I’m wearing are a year old or more, which proves that you can’t go wrong if you invest in basics that you love. And yes, I call a leather skirt a basic, as it will always make you look cool and never go out of style. So run out there stat and pick up a leather skirt in a neutral colour in a shape that you love (pencil or a longish mini are safe choices) and cherish it for years to come!
